A Message From Calabash Mint Chairman

To all Calabash Mint clients

I hope you are all keeping well.

Not surprisingly, with the heightened media coverage, we have received a number of enquiries about the issue of Coronavirus and what preventative measures Calabash Mint are putting in place for our office staff and service drivers.

Official government guidance is constantly being updated to keep us all up with developments.
We know that people’s day-to-day lives are disrupted right now because of Coronavirus, and we’re working hard to ensure we provide the best service to you during this difficult period and try to keep service levels as good as possible. Furthermore, we are endeavouring to ensure that our staff/drivers are vigilant in trying to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as guided by the REC.

All Calabash Mint staff are being checked to ensure the following:

• They have not travelled from, or through, any of the affected regions or any countries in Category 1&2 risk areas.
• They have not been in contact with anyone who has travelled to those countries.
• They have not been in close contact with any person (e.g. spouse, family member) who is a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
• They must telephone the office if they feel unwell (and not attend any site if so).

Furthermore;
Our service drivers have hand sanitisers in their van to continually use before and after each service.
Our drivers have instructions on other preventative measures to try to restrict the risk of the virus spreading while carrying out their duties.
We are not asking clients to sign our hand-held phone system (as this may be a risk) and we will take photos and get names when we service for the time being.
Our own office has hand sanitizers installed for all of our employees to use.
