Calabash Mint fitted mats are customised to suit the required area, providing a practical solution where loose-lay mats may be unsuitable. They can be installed into entrance mat wells, floor recesses, lifts and other defined spaces to create a tidy, integrated finish that sits neatly within the surrounding floor area.
The mats are fully washable, hard wearing and durable, and are designed to retain dirt and moisture from footwear. Their fitted construction provides excellent stability and supports slip resistance, making them well suited to busy commercial entrances and other high-footfall areas.
Fitted entrance mats can be made for new or existing mat wells and can be cut around pillars, door frames, security devices and other obstacles. Where the mat is shallower than the recess, rubber crumb underlay can be used to help bring the finished surface level with the surrounding floor.
