Update – To All Clients

Dear All

Further to the Prime Minister’s latest bulletin and the government’s adjustment plans for the lockdown rules, we understand that some clients may be opening up their offices/premises now or in the next few days.

Please will you let us know/ keep us informed (and give us as much notice as possible) when these changes may be happening for you so that we can renew our washroom services in the best way possible for you.

Dear All

Further to my email yesterday, I understand that a number of our clients remain open during this difficult period.

We appreciate that washroom hygiene is a key element of any business at this time and we are doing everything to ensure we can provide this valuable service for those that remain open.

Please contact our office as soon as possible so we can organise everything.

We are still operating our service and will endeavour to continue to provide the best service for you at this tricky time, within the rules that the Prime Minister suggests.

Dear All

Further to the Prime Minister’s announcement last evening we will cease all our non-essential Washroom Hygiene services with immediate effect and until further notice.

Please be advised that for now we are assuming that essential services will only consist of those we offer at Doctors surgeries, dental practices (tbc) and radiography centres.

All our service drivers not involved in essential hygiene services will be asked to remain at home in lockdown as per the guidelines detailed by Boris Johnson last night.

We will await updates from the Prime Minister as to when we can resume washroom services for those clients deemed as non-essential, but rest assured we will be ready to resume normal service as soon as it is deemed OK to do so.

If you feel your service is deemed as essential and not listed above, then please feel free to contact the office to discuss immediately.

We will be working from home with immediate effect, but all calls will be answered, and we will receive all messages.

Take care in these unprecedented times and we look forward to serving you again soon.
